Localization Project Manager

As a Localization Project Manager at Milengo, you will be managing some of our international key accounts covering all aspects of the localization workflow. The company has its headquarters in Berlin with production centers in China, Argentina and Hungary.

Tasks:

? Running 3 to 5 of Milengo’s key accounts

? Clarifying scope of work
? Preparing quotes
? Writing service proposals
? Analyzing project requests and setting up customized workflows
? Setting up and scheduling projects
? Being responsible for project execution and delivering the required quality within the given timeframe
? Acting as a main contact person for all vendors
? Representing Milengo in client-facing discussions
? Project administration

? Learning the technical background of machine translation
? Reporting to the Berlin Project Management Team Lead

Your profile:

? Excellent command of English: English to native speaker proficiency
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
? At least 3 years’ hands-on experience in the localization industry and management of complex, large-scale localization projects
? Advanced IT knowledge and a deep understanding of industry-standard tools
? Detail and precision-oriented, meticulous approach to work
? Motivated and driven, willing to work in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving corporate structure
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken
