Key Responsibilities:

-Set up Team's strategy and goals,make sure team's work match company strategy and goal;

-Oversee each project's planning and execution from design to order deliveries;

-Properly assign project to team member according to member's difference;

-Conduct team members and other interval resources about problem-solving and customer service;

-Set up and reach Team's budget;

-Maintain good relationship with customers;

-Oversee team's daily work and responsbile for the member's recruitment and performance;

-Train and improve team members to provide good services to clients and obtain results;

-Other work assigned by the company.

 

Requirement:

1. College or above;

2. At least five years experience on packaging and at least two years as manager or supersivor position; 

3. Know well about packaging material such as paper packaging,plastic,injection products;

4. Proven experience in strategic planning，risk management and project management;

5. Excellent communication and coordination skills;

6. Positive attitude and problem solving skills;

7. Excellent command of English and leadership;

8. Strong service and sales orientation.

 

working hour: Mon.-Fri. 9:00-18:00; Sat. 9:00-12:00; lunch break: 12:00-13:30

provide working lunch from Mon. to Fri.
