Comprehensive summary of what the job exists to accomplish

Setup/maintain the process to make smooth production include but not limit to maximize output, process quality Control, Line abnormal and Customer RMA investigation.

Responsibilities:

1. Co-work with Other team to improve productivity (Lean, SGA, OEE improvement…)
2. Responsible for line operation SPEC generation and maintain;
3. Setup process control system to reduce process risk and improve quality;
4. Timely support for line abnormal, find out containment and preventive actions;
5. Be responsible to investigate customer issue (IQI,CQI,RMA…);
6. New process / new product/new requirements introduction and setup;
7. Training for line people and new comer;
8. Meet improvement goal(OEE, Lean, SGA…);
9. Achieve company Quality goal;
10. Achieve process control goal;

Requirements:

bachelor degree, majored in electronic engineering/mechanical engineering/computer science is preferred

1. Have experience in leading process setup and improvement in test area;
2. Understand test methodology, if have test program maintain or development experience is a plus;
3. Candidate need to demonstrate strong problem solving capability;
4. Familiar with one of the computer language is a plus (VB, Perl, C++…);

5. Minimums 3 years’ work experience of semiconductor product or test related area

6. Good English skill, both listen and oral;
7. Work under pressure;
8. Good team work spirit.
9. Good communication and presentation skill;
10. Continuous study and Innovation ability
