Job description:
1、Coordinate & communicate professionally with clients, warehouses, & consignees
2、Answer general enquiries and have regular meetings with customers for service review
3、Implement proactive action and service to secure existing customers and cultivate potential business
4、Perform data entry, data updates, filing regularly
5、Prepare Invoices & various reports
6、 Handling other ad-hoc assignments
Job Requirements:
1、Diploma holder, with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
2、Excellent telephone manner and communication skills as well as accurate typing skill
3、Fluent Cantonese, good command of written & spoken English (must)
4、Proficiency in PC skills such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint
5、Able to cope with high volume of email communication, ensuring all inquiries are properly followed up in a timely basis
6、Hardworking and able to work overtime
7、5.5 working days
