职位描述:
负责日常Helpdesk的工作，包括日常客户端PC桌面软件硬件的安装，配置，维护及故障排除解决；必要时协助IT工程师进行服务器和网络的相关维护。
1． 熟练使用Windows, Outlook、Office等软件
2． 熟悉PC、Laptop硬件配置；
3． 具备良好的沟通、协调及应变能力；
4． 具备良好的服务意识及团队合作精神；

要求:
— 具有一年IT支持维护经验;优秀毕业生也可考虑。
— 具备良好的英语读写及沟通的能力。
— 熟悉window活动目录，DHCP，DNS，互联网/内联网,IT安全。
— 具有下列一个或多个证书者优先:
MCSE / CCNA / ITIL / Linux经验者及有域环境下IT维护的工作经验者优先。
— 细心，负责,友好,诚实,耐心。

教育:
计算机专业或相关的本科学历。
