职责

• 和团队成员一起创建教育游戏。

• 参与游戏设计的每个环节-- 从概念，演示，原型，文档，执行，调整，测试和发布。

• 起草和修改设计文件，包括但不限于游戏机制，游戏系统，物品清单，和游戏小说。

职责

• 热爱教育游戏。勇于接受设计一个创新平台的挑战。

• 在至少一个上线游戏有两年以上的游戏设计经验。
  

• 游戏原型设计，综合视频设计，音效设计，等级设计，UI设计，UX设计，游戏数学，以及人工智能应用等工作经验丰富。
  

• 富有创造力和想象力，有进行创意写作的能力和技巧，充分理解目标群的需求，优秀的绘画和设计技巧，多重任务的组织和处理技巧，有良好的团队合作精神，独当一面的工作能力，能在压力下工作，顺利准时完成工作任务。
  

• 优秀的书面英语和汉语。
  

薪酬范围

• 月薪范元围是3,000-8,000人民币，跟据能力和经验而定。
  

Responsibilities

• Be part of the design team to create educational game titles.
  

• Participate in the game design through every phase – from concept, presentation, prototype, documentation, implementation, tuning, testing, and release.
  

• Draft and revise design documentation, including but not limited to play mechanics, game systems, asset lists, and game fiction.

Requirements

• LOVE of educational games. Desire and courage to accept the challenge of conceptualizing
  and designing an innovative platform.
  

• 2+ years game design experience on at least 1 shipped games.
  

• Experience in game prototyping, integrated video design, sound effect design, level design, UI design, UX design, game mathematics, and artificial intelligence applications are highly valued.
  

• A high level of creativity and imagination, creative writing and storytelling skills, understanding of the industry and target audience, advanced drawing and design skills, multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work in a team and independently, and ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  

• Excellent written English and Chinese.
  

Salary Range

• RMB3,000-RMB8,000 depending on ability and experience.
