职责

• 带领团队成员，共同创造教育游戏。
  

• 引领游戏设计的每个环节– 从概念，演示，原型，文档，执行，调整，测试和发布。
  

• 撰写设计文件，包括但不限于玩力机制，游戏系统，物品清单，和游戏小说。

• 与项目经理协力，创建和管理项目进度，做好风险评估，保证原型目标的实现以及顺畅的沟通。
  

要求

• 热爱教育游戏。勇于接受设计一个创新平台的挑战。
  

• 在至少2个上线游戏有5年以上的游戏设计经验。
  

• 计算机科学专业优先考虑。
  

• 游戏原型设计，视频设计，音效设计，等级设计，UI设计，UX设计，游戏数学，以及人工智能应用等工作经验丰富。
  

• 优秀的领导和协调能力。富有创造力和想象力，有进行创意写作的能力和技巧，充分理解目标群的需求，优秀的绘画和设计技巧，多重任务的组织和处理技巧，有良好的团队合作精神，独当一面的工作能力，能在压力下工作，顺利准时完成工作任务。
  

• 优秀的书面英语和汉语。
  

薪酬范围

• 人民币一万以上
  

Responsibilities

• Lead the design team with your vision to create educational game titles.
  

• Drive the game design through every phase – from concept, presentation, prototype, documentation, implementation, tuning, testing, and release.
  

• Write final design documentation, including but not limited to play mechanics, game systems, asset lists, and game fiction.
  

• Work with project manager to create and manage milestone schedules, risk assessments, prototyping goals and communication plans.
  

Requirements

• LOVE of educational games. Desire and courage to accept the challenge of conceptualizing and designing an innovative platform.
  

• 5+ years game design experience on at least 2 shipped games.
  

• Degree in computer engineering, computer science, game design or a similar field is preferred.
  

• Experience in game prototyping, integrated video design, sound effect design, level design, UI design, UX design, game mathematics, and artificial intelligence applications are highly valued.
  

• Proven leadership and coordination skills, a high level of creativity and imagination, creative writing and storytelling skills, understanding of the industry and target audience, advanced drawing and design skills, multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work in a team and independently, and ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  

• Excellent written English and Chinese.
