工作职责：

配合主美负责社交游戏美术设计及整体美术风格把控工作

工作要求：

1. 正统美术专业院校毕业,具备本科以上学历

2. 5年或以上社交游戏/网络游戏/网页游戏/手机游戏美术工作经验,参与过完整的游戏项目开发;

1年以上社交游戏主美工作经验。

3.有丰富的创作实践经验和深厚的美术功底,优秀的美术欣赏水平及对游戏美术的鉴赏能力,熟练掌握photoshop、flash、painter、illustrator、coreldraw、Maya/3dmax等相关专业软件,了解actionscript

4.了解游戏产业,对游戏有热情,能够正确理解美术在游戏开发中的地位和作用,对策划,程序及游戏运营的工作方式有一定了解

5.自我要求较高,认真细致精益求精,具有高度责任感和团队合作精神

6.有良好的沟通协调能力和执行能力,善于与制作团队的程序(尤其是客户端/前台程序)、策划合作和沟通进行项目协同开发

Babel Bat's founder Mr. Kelvin Liao graduated from Harvard University in 2001 with a joint B.A. degree in physics and mathematics. He continued his academic career at the Clay Mathematics Institute. In 2005 he obtained an M.Sc. degree in econometrics and mathematical economics with the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and commenced his financial career at Tiburon Partners LLP, with responsibility for risk management, financial and quantitative analysis for the London based hedge fund. He became the CFO of China Hong Kong Telecom in 2007 and brought the sister company International Elite Ltd. IPO during the same year. In 2010, he founded Babel Bat (Shenzhen) Partners to realize his dreams in education that promise to change the way the world thinks about school.
