1.2年以上手机品质/质量测试相关工作经验.能够对手机软、硬件需求进行评估分解以及内部检测报告做成；
2.熟悉手机测试标准、流程及测试内容，有工厂成机品质检测经验；完成手机整机外观、功能的测试，外场测试，故障跟踪及分析；
3.熟悉手机生产工艺流程，手机性能故障及问题分析；手机配件、包装材料的检验、检测；
4.通过手机软件的测试，初步定位问题，和公司人员沟通，并协助相关人员处理问题；
5.执行测试工作并寻找问题发生的路径和复现概率，填写测试报告；
6.对测试过程中的问题点进行跟踪、反馈，提供解决方案，并做工作总结；
7.对现有测试规范、流程、方法、技术提供改进意见
8.责任心强、品质观念强，良好的沟通能力。
