工作职责：
1、负责公司淘宝分销平台的分销商招募与管理，开拓分销商、培养分销商等。
2、对淘宝分销后台操作的管理和执行，对招募分销商进行整理和筛选。
3、对公司产品线进行管理，负责商品属性后台配置工作，确保分销平台流程的流畅和规范的运作；对分销客服、物流、支付等问题的督 办及沟通衔接工作。
4、销售数据及资料的整理，定期制作报表，根据销售情况策划促销活动，提升业绩，分销活动提交等。
5、淘宝分销渠道的有序管理（产品侵权、打假、控价、VI管理、促销管理等 ）。

岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，电子商务、市场营销等相关专业优先考虑。
2、曾经从事过淘宝分销平台或者阿里巴巴等分销平台工作。
3、熟悉淘宝网络分销平台，铺货，产品线；能独立开拓新客户和跟进，完成每月的拓展任务。
4、能制定分销商的具体支持措施和分销活动策划，协助分销商成长。
5、能独立操作分销平台的管理和流程，能通过渠道开发分销商。
6、熟悉操作淘宝。
