Position Description:

To monitor and manufacturing supplier purchasing order progress and production planning to make sure the shipment on time delivered (Position available immediately)

Job Description:

？ Initial responsibility for all responsible supplier management from new project follow up to normal purchase orders delivery to make sure the shipments delivered on time
？ Manage all aspects of shipments within and between cross functional teams

？ Follow up on manufacturing supplier compliance and regulatory issues to ensure company goals
Responsibilities:

? Act as a front line liaison between HoMedics and it’s vendors

? Ability to have full-scale view on the order implementation from new project start, materials, production planning, manufacturing and shipment , drive short lead time for the first PO and following orders

? Have knowledge and skills to watch closely on new project during the new product development process and mass production in manufacturing site, make sure key points are clear and reviewed

? Have knowledge and skills to expedite vendor on mass production, such as periodically review production planning and schedule, assure every side processes on schedule (people, raw material, machine, power, production line set, etc)

? Ability to generate recovery plan when timeline is behind expectations, make sure vendors do corrective and prevent actions

? Follow up quality inspection and transportation status, including CCIB and customs issues, C-TPAT, etc

? Drive teams and suppliers to meet our purchasing orders delivery schedule, expedite the process and solve problems which impact on time delivery

? Cooperate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals
Position Requirements

？ 3 years College degree or above

？ Minimum of 5 years work experience in supplier management phase or manufacturing management with a multinational company in China, experience in PO tracking, production planning and manufacturing is highly preferred
？ Ability to manage purchase order with vendors, including planning, implementation and improvement

？ Highly motivated individual who can work independently; detail oriented with excellent follow up skills; Interpersonal skills - exceptional listening, understanding, influencing and communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills

？ Fluency in Mandarin and English language skills a must (written and verbal), also the Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

？ Basic supply chain management, manufacturing knowledge, production planning and shipping/logistics experience is must

？ Understanding trading business process is preferred
