Reports to: Asia Sourcing Leader
Job Type: Full time regular

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Asia Sourcing Leader, this position will be a key role to be responsible for the whole QC team's executions and daily operations. Quality assurance and/or Factory Audits/ both in-line and final inspections as well. With the detail requirements listed, but not limited to,like below

Part 1
1. Provide technical support to merchandisers, factories to ensure product quality.
- Answer merchandisers' inquiries on quality's perspective.
-Give suggestions to merchandisers and factories based on factory capacity and availability of machinery to ensure product quality
2. Provide advice to factories before and during the manufacturing process
- Check if materials used for bulk production are of acceptable quality.
- Foresee or raise flag for any possible quality issues that may occur in the manufacturing process.
3. QC coordination and management
- Arrange QC inspection schedule as according to factories' applications.
-Coach and guide the other QCs in the team.
4.. Perform other duties assigned by the Management

Part 2
1. Conduct in-line and final product inspections against company quality manuals
Inspect materials, accessories, parts, components and products for color, measurements, labels and overall quality etc.
2. Conduct factory audits as according to the manual and the request from Sourcing Leader.
- Review PPS samples with merchandisers and/or factories.
- Solve quality issues with factories

Required Skills & Experience
1. College diploma or above in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering or related disciplines'
2. Minimum 5 years' working experience in manufacturing quality assurance or on-site inspection.
3. Familiar with the manufacturing process of printing and/or ceramics products.
4. Strong organizational skills and must be a team player capable of cooperating with different functional team. And high level of profession ethics.
5. Fluent in both written and oral English.
