Responsibilities:
1)Setup,maintain and manage test equipment and laboratory.
2)Prepare test plan, lead in-house test and document test results.
3)Implement performance,customer experience and reliability testing.
4)Analyze test results and provide testing assistance to R&D engineers.
5)Manage the team for product compliance test, responsible for global regulatory certification.
6)Interface with mass-production team for production testing.
7)Lead company in adoption of ISO 17025:2005 laboratory standard
8)Manage & maintain our UL WTDP lab, use it for product verification test.

Requirements:
1)Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related.
2)Above 5 years testing experience in electrical product industry,and knowledge on electrical product industry.
3)Familiar with global EMC/safety standards,such as FCC,CE,CCC,UL,CSA,PSE...,has rich experience on reliability test. Experience in global certification will be an advantage.
4)Familiar with various test equipment,including oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, AC power source, electronic load etc.
5)Good at documentation.
6)Good English writing and speaking is preferred.
7)Easy going with people,team work.
8)Able to work in high pressure.
