- Manage the schedule of all on-going product design & production orders,and update US clients timely about their order status - delivery,production updates, custom clearance issues, etc.
- Confirm with US client about project progress and any update/changes
- Coordinate order flow in the operation chain from Engineering department to Sourcing, Manufacturing and Logistic.
- Take care of communicate between client and internal operation teams.
- Organize regular project meetings, follow up and team up with operation teams to solve critical issues during client order processing process in terms of material supply,production scheduling, goods import&export, or cross-function communications.


Qualification:
- 5yr+ working experience in project management, client service to overseas client is an advantage，bachelor degree, CET-6 or above
- Must be very familiar with consumer electronics project management, familiar with the entire order process from R&D, material sourcing, manufacturing,shipment etc.
- Very good spoken English, can use English as daily working language, CET-6 and above
- Has sharp sense on cost, time and quality aspects
- Proactive, open-minded, good team player with high interpersonal skills
- Hard working, can work under high pressure, positive attitude
- PMP or equivalent qualification is preferred.
