Responsibilities:
1. Work along side sales to develop HR relationships in Shenzhen and Guangzhou
2. Actively participate in the Springboard’s social-networking activities (such as the CultueBox and seminars)
3. Enhance the Springboard brand through a strong and active “voice” on various social media such as Linkedin, WeChat and Sena Weibo.
Requirements:
Option A) Local university graduate preferably in Human Resources Management with a minimum of three-years work experience in HR or corporate sales.
Option B) Overseas university graduate, preferably in human resources management, marketing or any branch of social psychology. Able to demonstrate strong interests in social networking platforms plus strong interests in training or HR.
Candidates should also demonstrate:
1. A strong desire to build a career in HR and corporate training.
2. Knowledgeable about HR issues and have confidence to participate in HR networking circles.
3. Excellent understanding of social media.
4. Excellent Microsoft office (particularly PowerPoint) skills.
5. Good command of English and a willingness to work alongside native English-speaking professionals.
6. Mature and able to work independently
7. An ability to demonstrate good organizational skills / project management skills
8. Flexible in terms of working arrangements
