职位描述：

1、访客接待，接听并转接电话，收发传真；
2、公司办公区域及设备的日常巡视与维护；
3、保持与物业联系，及时汇报并解决问题；
4、机票及酒店的预订；
5、办公用品的采购、登记和发放，办公耗材需求信息的及时收集和发放；
6、邮寄及快递资料的收发与管理；
7、名片的印制、饮用水的预定；
8、各类行政费用的控制、统计与结算；
9、执行上级安排的其他工作；

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，有一年以上工作经验，熟练操作办公自动化软件；
2、外貌端庄、大方，声音甜美，亲和力强；
3、工作主动性、纪律性强，认真负责；
