岗位职责：
1、 协助制订完善、组织实施人力资源管理有关规章制度和工作流程；
2、 发布招聘信息、筛选应聘人员资料； 　
3、 监督员工考勤、审核和办理请休假手续； 　　
4、 组织、安排应聘人员的面试； 　　
5、 办理员工入职及转正、调动、离职等异动手续； 　　
6、 组织、实施员工文化娱乐活动； 　　
7、 管理公司人事的档案； 　　
8、 协助实施员工培训活动； 　　
9、 完成人力资源部经理交办的其它事项。
岗位要求：
1、人力资源管理等相关专业，专科或以上学历
2、头脑灵活，勇于创新
3、好学、主动、做事认真严谨，责任心强，善与人沟通，有亲和力
4、有团队合作意识和敬业精神
5、精通Office 软件
