SQA – Sub Suppliers quality auditor

JOB Description:

工作职责：

1. Audit company’s sub suppliers, existing and new suppliers and submitting audit reports on regular basis.

对公司现有以及新的下级供应商进行审核，并定期向上级递交审核报告。

2. On-site Inspection of shipments before released to company’s CMOs(Contract manufacturers).

出货前在厂家做出货检查。

3. Work with company’s CMOs and the sub suppliers to develop solid quality control process.

与公司CMO以及下级供应商合作，确保公司拥有坚实的质量监控。

4. Reviewing the check list and set of documents for every single part (RM) to ensure they are in compliance with our quality standards.

核对所有检查项目以及文件确保所有部件符合公司质量标准。

5. Ensure that all raw materials must be obtained with appropriate material certification to allow traceability back to source. The information detailed on this certification is to be verified against the definitive standard.

确保所有原材料配有正规材料证明，保证其溯源性。以指定标准核实原材料证明书。

- Ensure that all raw materials are built up to our Specifications / drawings/materials composition

确保所有原材料符合公司规格/图纸/材料结构

- Ensure that all raw materials are purchased only from company’s approved suppliers

确保公司所有原材料从指定供应商购买。

6. Monitoring changes in raw materials, production processes and manufactures and report back to management.

监测原材料，生产，制造过程中的变化，并向上级报告。

Job Requirements:

职位要求：

1. At least 5 years’ experience in a multinational electronic manufacturing environment, and with a good understanding of SPC, FMEA, six-sigma, or other problem solving methodology..（五年以上工作经历， 最好有外企电子制造企业的工作经历， 对SPC, FMEA, six-sigma 有较深理解）

2. Degree in Electronic Engineering, Applied Science, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent fields. （电子工程，应用科学，制造工程或相适应的专业）

3. Good knowledge in statistical analysis. （对统计分析有较深理解）

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English （英语，口语书写要求流利）

5. Willing to travel often （接受经常性出差）

6. Excellent interpersonal relationship（良好人际关系）
