岗位介绍：
I. 岗位职责：
协助财务主管做好如下工作事项：
收集整理每月现金，信用卡，优惠券及其他销售单据，以及每月供应商进货单；
收集银行回单和供应商发票；
每日清点现金以保证账面记录和库存金额正确；
比对供应商进货单上的单价，每月和供应商和对当月的进货数量和金额；
计算每月收到的信用卡进账数额，并据此计算当月信用卡刷卡手续费；
记录银行及现金日记账；
对财务系统进行数据输入。
II. 岗位要求：
汇报对象为香港的财务管理团队；
金融、财务或经济学大专以上学历，并持有会计上岗证；
具备一定的财务基础，有财务经验者优先考虑；
具有较好的财务软件操作能力；
具有良好的团队合作能力；
书面及口头英语沟通能力；
独立操作能力；

I. Duties:
Assist Account Supervisor on below issues:
Collect sales scripts by cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits, as well as supplier receipts during a time period.
Receive bank scripts and supplier invoices.
Perform cash count to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
Establish or identify prices of supplier purchasing receipts. And then check-in-balance with the record from supplier at the beginning of every month.
Calculate total credit card payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total accounts receivable as credit card charges.
Compute and record totals of bank/cash transactions.
Request information or assistance using accounting systems.
II. Position requirement:
Reporting to the accounting team in Hong Kong;
College or above in the major of Finance, Accounting or Economic, and hold the PRC Accounting Certification.
Excellent foundation of the accounting knowledge; Accounting Experience preferred.
Be familiar with the related Accounting Software.
Excellent team work.
Conversational communication in verbal and written English language.
Independent working ability.
