HR generalist
负责支持业务的日常运作，如招聘、员工入离、员工调动、组织架构起草、培训等；
-按照招聘规定，负责具体招聘事宜，如发布招聘，联系招聘代理，拓宽招聘渠道，组织面试等，以及时满足业务部门的招聘需求；
-实施员工入职流程、公司情况介绍以及员工离职面谈；
-处理并跟踪试用期评估，年度绩效考核；并能处理员工事件；
-及时完成上级交代的其它工作，如人力资源流程完善、政策设计、起草、整合、标准化、更新及执行等。
-负责公司工时制申请以及外国人居住证办理
- 每月考勤计算，薪资计算，月薪资报告。

任职资格:
-三年以上 人力资源招聘及薪资福利工作经验，有跨国公司工作经验者将优先考虑；
-精通劳动法、条例及地方相关劳动法律法规；
-大专以上学历
-熟练运用微软办公软件，良好的英文听说读写能力（具备英语沟通能力）；
-工作积极主动、细心，有高度的责任感，且为人正直、诚信；
-良好的团队合作意识和抗压能力；
-良好的组织纪律性，沟通及人际交往能力强。

Job Responsibility
- Responsible for daily operations, such as recruiting, employee entry/ termination, organization chart drafting, etc；
- Payroll calculations and report
- Follow internal recruiting regulation, process recruitment - ad posting, liaison with employment third party, explore new recruiting channels and conduct first round interview, to match the recruiting in demand in time；
- Conduct staff’s on-board procedure, orientation training and exit interview;
- Process end probation evaluation and annual performance appraisal;
- Handling staff issue independently;
- Finish any other tasks assigned by Supervisor on HR processes or policies designing, drafting, consolidation, standardization, revision & flawless implementation.


Qualification Requirements:
- 3+ years of HR recruiting and generalist working experience , preferably in multinational company;
- Detail oriented & orgainzed
- Well versed in PRC Labor Law, ordinance and local regulations;
- University graduate, major in HR or the related is preferred;
- Proficiency in MS applications, good command of English both in written and spoken, be able to communicate in English;
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, high sense of responsibility and personal integrity;
- Good teamwork spirit, can work under pressure;
- Good organization, communications and interpersonal skills.
- FMCG industry preferred
