Responsibilities:

1. Routine checking invoices from vendor/cross-function dept., receipt-in goods from vendors and generate invoice to customers.
2. Perform all AP data vouching & posting, validation, filing, and manual checks maintenance.
3. Assist in finance system month end closing process; prepare AP aging report & product cost analysis & reporting.
4. Follow up with vendors' payment request and coordinate on payment reconciliation.
5. Other ad-hop AP assignments to meet company's needs.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree major in accounting, fresh graduated or 1 years experience in accounting area;
2. Good communication skills, good English in both reading and written;
3. Good computer skill;
4. Can work under pressure and tight deadlines;
5. Self-motivated, team work & tough.
