Key Responsibilities:
1Analyze and maintain inventory data in the system
2follow up on stock accuracy and discrepancy
3notify retail outlets of stock distribution and new designs
4update relevant departments on stock balance in the warehouse on a daily basis
5inform customers to place repeat order when stocks are running low
6work with operations teams for stock taking, audit and stock control etc.
7training in analytical and problem solving skills.
Requirements;
1 2 years of experience within or relating to Inventory Control related experience, bachelor degree in business ;
2 experience with the ERP/SAP system is preferable;
3 sensitive to number, accurate, systematic;
4 fluent English in both reading and writing, speaking Cantonese is preferable
5 Able to work independently, initiative with strong sense of responsibility
