职位描述

在成本工程师的角色,你将需要与一些主要供货商保持良好关系和维持供货商产品的生产成本效益。准备详细的成本估算,包括所有新的和现有的产品。


学历/经验
1.拥有学士学位并毕业于工程/制造 /采购。有至少2年经验在玩具购买 /成本贸易或采购工程。

2.有工厂的经验背景更为合适。有制造幼儿产品和纺织品, 布匹等相关贸易物品的成本管理经验。

3.拥有较强的谈判能力, 有一个良好的制造商和零部件供货商网络。

4.完全熟悉使用Windows,微软办公软件(Word,Excel,Outlook,PowerPoint等)。

主要职责:

1.负责计算成本,向香港办事处的成本管理经理汇报。
2.制定和实施招标制度,谈判和成本削减计划。
3.比较及验证在组件工厂报价水平,以确保最好的产品价格。
4.能够确定BOM的成本 - 塑料/金属零件/采购 /布匹/纺织品等物料,并评估其产品成本。
5.负责解决审查和控制成本差异问题, 建立更好的成本控制。
6.负责与其它相关部门的系统成本和合作。
7.能在有限时间处理产品成本审计,审计系统。
8.与在香港/美国和中国的OEM工厂产品发展 队伍紧密合作。
9.扩大供货商基础与现有的网络和组件采购。
10.协助经理处理所有相关文件的成本费用和谈判。
11.如有需要, 为公司的业务,产品组合,以及市场情况作评估。

Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement bidding systems, negotiation and cost reduction programs.
2.Compare and validate the factory quotation at component level in order to ensure the best product price.
3.Able to identify the Cost BOM-plastic/ metal parts/ purchased/ soft goods fabric, and evaluate its product cost.
4.Review and control cost discrepancies issues for better cost control solution
5.Responsible system cost and co-relates with other departments.
6.Product cost audit, System cost audit on a timely basis.
7.Work closely with product development teams in HK/US and OEM factories in the China.
8.Expand the vendor base with existing networking and component sourcing


Requirement
1.Bachelor Degree graduated from Engineering / Manufacturing / Purchasing
2.With at least 2 year experience in toys buying/trading office as a costing or sourcing engineer. Experience from factory background is definite assets.
3.Strong in Juvenile products and softgoods manufacturing and costing procedures.
4.Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in written English and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin.
5.Fully conversant with MS Office applications. Advance Level Excel for reports and summary.
6.Strong analytical mind and negotiation experiences with suppliers
7.Able to work independently, initiative with strong sense of responsibility
