RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Provide support of ERP/MRP system. Assist in the implementation of various functions and processes within a Manufacturing environment. Will be required to learn and understand, in detail, the functionality and processes of the company's ERP system (SAP Business One)
? Analyze business requirements and tailor the use of the system to meet those objectives
? Collaborate with other resources to implement process improvement initiatives, work with department heads and other stakeholders in order to complete projects on time and within budget
? Act as Technical lead and Project Manager ensuring deliverables are being achieved, reporting status updates to the organization, and facilitating necessary meetings
? Produce reports and data extracts related to operational, financial, and business software applications using multiple tools
? Create and maintain reports, data extracts, and data structures
? Able to work with cross-functional teams across multiple countries
? Highly organized, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects
? Ability to prioritize and focus on objectives
REQUIREMENTS:
? General Manufacturing Principles including planning, production control, order fulfillment and warehouse management
? Experience with ERP/MRP systems, implementations, and process reengineering
? Experience with SAP Business One is preferred, but not required
? Knowledge of basic financial concepts including multiple denomination currency, basic accounting structure and flow, Costing types, etc.
? Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point)
? Ideal candidate has experience in Manufacturing with ERP systems, and data collection/analysis, reporting, and database programming knowledge.
