Responsibility

1. Maintain vendor tracking database

2. Generate database of potential new suppliers

3. Co-ordinate New supplier set up

4. Maintain supplier portal

5. Maintain supplier operations manual & new vendor packet

6. Maintain and analyze supplier quotation (components & raw materials)

7. Co-ordinate and assist in supplier training


Requirement:

1. College or above in Purchasing, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

2. 2+ years working experience in sourcing & purchasing related field.

3. be able to negotiate cost, development of new and existing suppliers to support current and long term sourcing needs.

4. Familiar with office software .

5. Good English speaking, writing and good communication skills

6. Able to work under pressure
