1，有多年的塑胶模具制作经验，手工精细，基本功扎实，熟悉出口模具制作标准。
2，对模具的加工工艺流程非常熟悉，能够独立完成整套模具的工作安排及制作；有一定的统筹能力，能够在规定的时间内完成模具的制作并且能做到第1次试模基本上无披风，段差等不良缺陷。
3，能够严格服从上级的安排，并且保质保量完成工作任务。工作认真努力，能吃苦耐劳.
