1.POSITION SUMMARY
This position is directly reported to Operation Manager, Chiwan .The candidate will be responsible for all day-to-day Cargo Operations functions in APL Chiwan office.
2. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
A)Handle day- to-day container loading process for HKG, SNZ, GGZ and WPRD ports.
B)Maintain system update to correct status.
C)Follow up both internal & external customers request.
D)Prepare the Inbound laden container’s manifest for customs’ clearance.
E)Prepare the DG documents for the clearance of Customs / Port Authority.
F)Handle International/Domestic Relay containers’ customs clearance.
G)Arrange equipment interchange (EIR) by cooperation with Customer Service and Equipment teams.
3.SKILLS REQUIREMENT
A) 1 year of working experience in liner shipping company or container terminal or related business is preferable but not a MUST.
B) Knowledge of operating PC is required; such as Mirco-Soft applications , Excel etc.
C)Able to communicate in English, including oral and written.
D)Good communication skills in Mandarin.
E)University Graduated preferred.
