岗位职责：
1、 全面负责人力资源日常管理工作；
2、 负责公司人力资源战略发展规划的制定执行以及组织结构的设计；
3、 编制招聘计划，组织开展招聘工作，为公司快速发展提供人力支持；
4、 构建完善的培训体系，负责公司培训工作计划的制定及培训方案的设计；
5、 完善绩效管理系统设计；建立绩效评估指标和标准体系设计；建立完善绩效考核的激励制度；
6、 对公司岗位进行评估、进行薪酬调查，调整完善薪酬结构和福利项目设计；
7、 负责公司员工关系维护和组织推动企业文化建设；
8、 负责公司各项管理制度、标准、以及企业管理流程的建设及完善。

任职资格：
1、 人力资源、企业管理、经济管理等相关专业，本科及以上学历，曾从事电子商务行业或物流行业的优先考虑；
2、 从事人力资源及行政管理工作5年以上并担任人事行政部门经理职位2年以上；
3、 执行力强，具有服务意识，适应快节奏的企业发展，具备解决突发事件的能力；
4、 具备先进的人力资源管理理念与管理方法、出色的领导管理才能，熟悉现代企业管理模式；
5、 善于沟通，具备出色的组织协调及分析判断能力。
