Key responsibilities:
·Achieve excellent customer service and satisfaction by working to minimizing the gap between the customer requirements and factory performance.
·Develop and maintain good working relationship with customer.
·Clearly understand what the customer's requirements are and work with the factory to deliver excellent performance among competitors
·Coordinating with sourcing team in sourcing New Suppliers to meet the project needs.
·Report to Project Manager concerning cost reductions, new project's cycle time for completion, effectiveness of manufacture's operations and evaluations , etc.
·Manage the development schedules to keep projects progressing toward planned production start date and implement ways to shorten the project development lead time.
·Work closely with engineering, shipping, and package team to ensure smooth transition of product development projects into the production environment.
·To identify, evaluate and implement quality improvements for the existing product line.
·Provide great attentive service during customer visit and new supplier audit.
·Demonstrate proactive work habit and ability to problem solve.
·Assist in tradeshow preparations.


Requirements:
·Minimum 3-5 years experience in Account Associate / Product Merchandising

(past work experience with trading companies is preferred).
·Previous trade show experience preferred.
·Self disciplined, loyal and dedicated to job, honest and aggressive.
·Strong negotiation ability.
·Fluency in written and spoken English. Minimum CET6 is a required.
·Fluency in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin)
