The Accounts Receivable will responsible
for maintaining the credit and collections role for the Far East segment,
handling customer claims & chargeback, resolving customer deductions and
payment delinquencies.

Interested in the day to day duties?

·
AR collection and transaction data entry for Far east segment

·
Check L/C documents and follow up with Logistics team

·
Initiates collection calls to delinquent customer accounts and follows
up with Credit Supervisor as required

·
Resolve customer charge backs, returns, issue RMA and enter authorized
credit for Far East segment

·
Handle the credit hold release for Far East segment as request

·
Work closely with the Domestic Credit team, FE Sales team and specific
customers on following up collection & claim issues

·
Assist with related special projects as required

What’s your background?

·
College
Degree with at least two years’ experience in Accounting is
desirable

·
Proficiency in MS Office
applications, familiar in using Excel

·
Well-organized,
detailed-oriented with accounting mind-set, proactive and responsible

·
Excellent interpersonal and
communication skill, preferably can speak Cantonese

·
Good
team player, fast learner, passion, and a high level of energy

·
Fresh
graduate with internship working experience as well as possess excellent
written /spoken English skill is also considered
