A. Job Description

1. Strive for Quality performance excellence in the organization;

2. Implement product quality initiatives and support health & safety, cost, lean & inventory.

3. Integrate Team Quality expertise and coordinate cross-functional.

4. Support to accomplish daily, weekly, monthly FTQ analysis and lead cross function team to solve the issues.

5. Nonconforming product control in shop floor.

6. Process capability monitoring and improvement.

7. Maintain the control plans with cross function and ensure the control plans are efficient.

8. Lead the starting audit and periodical production line process audit.

B. Competency Requirement

1. Education Background:

Bachelor degree or equivalent qualifications, preferably in Technical, Engineering, Textile or related discipline.

2. Working Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in QA area in well-establish company such as MNC

4. Language Skills

Good at English, including Speaking, writing and reading.

5. IT Skills

Microsoft office, including Word/Excel/PowerPoint
