· Project Manager with Process Audit / Business Process experience

· Operations background or exposure is essential

· Ideally the candidate will have experience working in a production environment. Trading-based operations also a bonus.

· Highly organized, structured person with strong follow-up skills.

· Able to manage multiple tasks / projects at once

· Able to report to senior management (good report-writing skills, good written English, basic spoken English )

· Ideally should have some Project Management and/or Process–based qualifications (ISO 9001, Process Mapping, Business Process Engineering etc)

· Able to understand, audit and suggest improvements for production-related SOP’s (including pre-production)

· Preferably have basic finance knowledge

· Strong Excel, Word & Powerpoint skills

· Understanding and experience with ERP systems, especially Production, Warehouse / Inventory, planning, purchasing, order entry.

· 4-8 years experience

Sample King is a manufacturing facility setup in 2006 in Shenzhen China to produce fabric samples for the world-wide interior decorative textiles industry.
