Key Performance Indicators

§ Source, Evaluate & Develop new suppliers based on the strategy roadmap and specific operational demand on assigned commodities.

§ Develop the ongoing partnership relationship with key suppliers to remain Company’s competitive advantage along the supply chain. Drive continuous key supplier performance improvement which based on quality, delivery, competitiveness, responsiveness and technical support by Monthly and Quarterly Business Review with key suppliers

§ Establish and develop diversified supply base for assigned commodities in terms of supplier scale, supplier financial strength, supplier service, supplier operational capability, and ensure sufficient and appropriate supplier selection for business needs

§ Establish cost model and data pool for assigned commodities to drive the cost competiveness, work with client team to achieve the annual cost saving efficiency target.

§ Lead on the new product/technology innovation research, market trend analysis. Documented the research reports and share with internal SBM team in SBM Forum.

§ Support Client Teams on NPI (New Product Introduction) program plans & execution, including direct and indirect material Sourcing, costing, supplier capacity planning, and supplier critical problem shooting.

Strong Team Player and Contributor. Able to work well with colleagues and produce results within a fast-paced and high pressure atmosphere. Combines strong attention to detail with an orientation towards results/execution.

Knowledge & Experience

§ Graduate or equivalent qualification in related studies.

§ 8 years+ industry experience in purchasing, sourcing, supply base management & Supply Chain management with specific responsibility on Strategic Supplier Management & NPI Management.

§ Has related commodities knowledge and experience.

§ Detailed, Well-Organized, Precise, Innovative

§ Excellent analytical, communication & interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively

§ Able to work independently and willingly to take new challenges

§ Excellent command of spoken and written English.

§ Conversational knowledge in Cantonese and Mandarin will be a definite advantage.

§ Excellent skills in reporting and presentation
