MISSION

Summarise the purpose of this position to assess its expected contribution to the results of the organisation

Project Management

1. To set up and lead project team to delivery new product project with professional project management knowledge and skills;

2. Main tool is to use best practice OCP systems including risk management , the stage & gate process and requested deliverables;

3. Manage, report and escalate based on project progress and achievement

DIMENSIONS

This role encompasses the management of Projects in the portfolio for new product development as required to support Retail WD LoB;

Projects manager will manage resources from different entities, internal or external for one project vision;

SPECIFIC ISSUES

Job environment, working location, frequency of travelling etc…

This role will be based in the Shenzhen R&D Centre, and will require travelling to the Industrial Facilities and other locations during the management of the projects.

PROFILE REQUIRED

1. Required skills & knowledge for the position:

The successful Candidate will have the core competencies as follows:

1. Professional project management knowledge and skills;

2. Responsible and Open but Results orientated

3. Team Leadership and communication Skills

4. Commercial Acumen and business sense

In Addition to this the candidate will have demonstrated experience and success in project management previously(requested 3-5Ys Project manager working experience), external PMP certificate like IPMP or PMP is highly recommended

2. Required Educational Background & Professional Experience

Degree Level or Equivalent; PMP certificate like IPMP or PMP is highly recommended

3. Languages:

Good Command in both written and spoken English, also need to demostrate good English presentation;
