- Analyze the product requirements from product marketing

- Understand the application environment of the LED luminaires

- Familiar with the industrial standards required for the lighting industry

- Generate ideas and develop concepts through ideation and refinement for the LED luminaires being developed

- Understand the major manufacturing processes to build 3D models to production;

- Help to manage the industrial design implementation process

- Work with the R&D team and factories for tooling and product manufacturing

- Strive for excellence in design, quality and craftsmanship of product design solutions

- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams to execute on overall project objectives, deliverables, and timelines

- Develop competency around materials and processes to be able to implement new materials and finishes

- Conducts product and market research for design trend

- Communicate ideas effectively, responsible, self motivated, organized, flexible and a supportive team player

- Proficiency in use of graphics software including Coreldraw, Photoshop, Rhino, 3D Max？Solidworks and etc.

- Proficiency in hand-painting

- Good command of written and spoken English

Job Request:

5 years of industrial design experience, 3 years in lighting industry, must present at least 10 design works to the interviewer
