岗位职责：
1、对养老产业定位、战略发展方向、盈利模式向总经办提出建议；
2、进行养老市场分析与开发，制定养老产业长期、中期、短期的发展战略和目标；
3、制定养老项目的年度发展目标和具体经营计划，并对项目的运营过程进行控制；
4、 全面主持养老产业发展模块的筹建工作，包括市场开发与品牌建设、运营体系建设、队伍建设、科研项目建设等方面；
5、指导养老产业发展模块中机构开设的选址及功能布局等前期筹建工作；
6、建立养老产业的相关制度、流程及标准；
7、独立带领团队完成养老产业发展项目的开发和运营体系建设；
8、实行养老项目的日常管理和业务活动，提升团队核心业务能力；
9、及时、准确的为公司的战略发展提供数据、报表、报告等参考材料。

任职资格：
1、本科以上学历（管理学、医学、经济学、金融学等相关专业教育背景）；
2、在养老或医疗护理行业有系统认识，对养老机构、医疗机构的日常服务运营管理、养老护理和医疗服务方面有5年以上工作经验；
3、熟悉养老机构或护理机构的管理模式、服务流程、质量控制等，熟悉养老行业政策法规；
4、5年以上养老、医疗护理管理相关工作，具有金融、资本运作经验者优先；
5、熟悉海外养老护理模式、经营经验及担任过养老院、护理院管理者优先；
6、较强的工作计划及目标拟定、执行能力，较强的沟通技巧，组织协调能力；
7、精通项目管理，并有独立实施项目管理操作的成功经验，熟悉行业动态及运营发展趋势；
8、持有国家民政部门颁发的执业资格证书者优先；
9、能适应出差。

Job Descriptions:
1. recommend on pension industry positioning, strategic direction and total profit model to GM office.
2. operate pension market analysis and development to make long-term, medium-term and short-term strategy and goals.
3. formulate annual aims and specific business plan of CP project and control the process.
4. prepare and build the project module, including market development and brand, operating system, project team, scientific researches, etc.
5. guide the location selection and function layout planning work among the project modules.
6. establish related regulations, processes and standards of CP project according to existing and future pension industry.
7. independently lead the team to develop CP project and set up operation system.
8. operate the daily management and business activities of the project and enhance core ability of the team.
9. provide timely and accurate data, forms, reports, and other reference materials for strategic development of our group.

Position Qualifications:
1. bachelor degree or above, on management, medical, economics, financial or other related education background.
2. systematic understanding in pension and medical care industry, more than 5 years working experience of daily service operation management, old-age care and medical care in pension institutions and medical centre.
3. familiar with the management mode, service process, quality control, etc. of old-age institutions and care centres.
4. more than 5 years on positon of pension or medical care management, financial or capital operation experience is preferred.
5. familiar with overseas old-age care mode, management experience and ever serving as manager of an old homes or a nursing home is preferred.
6. strong abilities to formulate work plan and goals, to executive ability; good at communication skills and organization coordination.
7. proficient in project management; have independent successful experience of project management operation; familiar with the industry dynamic and operation trend.
8. holding related old-age care certificate is preferred.
9. can adapt to travel.

投资概述
此项目是在气候和暖、景色秀丽、气候宜人的德克萨斯州建造标准的CP长者屋，每座建筑面积约1500多平方米，有 22套独立豪华套房，提供辅助式生活和医护服务，并设有一个CAT糖尿病治疗诊所，CAT简称细胞激活疗法，是经过18年研究和临床应用的专门治疗糖尿病的技术，已获美国多项专利，并于2010年获得美国食品药品监管局（FDA）批准。
每座长者屋募集投资人数：6名； 投资总额350万美元，EB-5资金300万美元，开发商资金50万美元
