工作职责：
1、负责主持人事行政部全面工作组织，与相关同事合作完成本部职责范围内的各项工作任务。
2、贯彻落实本部岗位责任制和工作标准，加强与有关部门协作配合。
3、负责公司行政规章制度的建立、执行、检查、改正后再实施。
4、负责安排一切会务工作及会议决议事项实施的追踪。
5、负责安全、车辆、文件、清洁等工作的安排和监督。
6、负责公司重大节日、会务活动的筹备策划和主持。
7、负责对办公设备进行清点维护和保养。
8.、负责采购管理工作；
8、负责协助推行质量、环保管理体系（ISO9001、ISO14001）。
9、完成上级安排的其它工作。
任职要求：
1、男女不限，30–45岁，具备良好的沟通、协调、组织能力，执行力强。
2、大专以上学历，具有5年以上企业行政经理工作经验。
3、熟悉劳动法规，精通行政管理知识。
4、熟练使用办公软件。
