Responsibilities
- Using Navis TOS set and maintain yard allocations. Monitor the flow and utilisation levels of these and make changes as required to ensure FTD do not occur
- Proactively monitor yard for integrity, where integrity being compromised identify reason and report to manager
- All inbound vessel and barge discharge lists to be scanned in Navis and yard areas to be allocated to allow best dispatch for unit by vessel or truck. Identify all transhipments to vessel or barge and ensure units will be landed automatically on discharge into correct allocation
- Export space allocations and weight classes for each service to be discussed with vessel planners so that units will be loaded without yard shuffles
- Maintain empty container stacks in line with customers’ contracts. When high levels reached inform manager
- Create Housekeeping and internal moves as required. Work closely with dispatcher to ensure these executed in required time span
- Continuously improve knowledge of the Navis tool and create templates as a team that will assist in maintaining the real time monitoring of the yard

Requirements
- College graduate from maritime related discipline
- 3 years or above related working experience
- Familiar in Yard planning
- Familiar in data processing workflow
- Generic knowledge in container terminal workflow
- Terminal Operating System knowledge
- Supervisory skill
- Communication skill
- Customer service skill
- Good team player
- Able to work under pressure
- Analytical and organized
- Result oriented and cost conscious
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese & English
- Spoken Cantonese will be plus
- Computer literate, MS Office
- On shift-based
