工作职责：

1)负责公司产品的客户开发，建立产品销售渠道；
2)收集市场信息和产品信息，为产品开发及改进提供参考信息；
3)维护现有客户关系，对客户进行有效管理；
4)管理并培养高效的销售团队；
5)推广公司产品，提升销售业绩。

任职条件
1）大学专科以上学历；
2）电子技术、市场营销或其他电子类相关专业；
3）三年以上电子元器件或IC销售工作经验，具有优质客户群和电源管理芯片推广能力者优先；
4）能承受工作压力，善于沟通，思维活跃，口头表达能力强；
5）能独立开发客户，具有良好的客户公关能力；
6）具有团队工作精神，吃苦耐劳，学习能力强；
7）具有一定的销售管理经验及管理技能。

Power Source (PS) focused on delivering the high-voltage analog integrated circuits for energy-efficient power conversion. The company’s innovative technology enables compact, energy-efficient power supplies in a wide range of electronic applications, including LED lighting, cell phone chargers, computers, LCD TVs, DVD players, set-top boxes, home appliances, telecom networking equipment etc.

Most of our designers have more than 10 years of mixed-signal design experience and have experience leading design teams in world’s leading semiconductor companies before joining PS.
