职位描述
This position holder will report to Import&Export Manager, the main job duty is leading I/E team, make sure the daily operation smoohtly.
Main Responsibilities(主要职责):
1)Lead operation team and manage daily operation of the team;
2)Manage the relationship with clients: Monitor daily operation to ensure to meet client’s KPI target, quick and appropriate response to
client’s requirements, make summary of lesson learn and achievements, optimize the operation process, schedule regular meeting
with clients to review performance, 0 complain from clients, and build up win-win relationship;
3)Set up strong relationship with suppliers: Measure the performance of suppliers basing on KPI target, schedule regular meeting with
suppliers to review performance, collaborate with procurement team for contract review or other business opportunity;
4)Implement and manage internal performance control to ensure compliance with all import/export requirements, cooperate with
internal and external testing and audit;
5) Arrange regular communication with team staff and report to department manager, able to develop KPI for measurement of team
performance;
6)Interface with government officials on import/export related matters;
7)Maintain knowledge and awareness over applicable import/export compliance requirements and regulations;
8)Lead team to develop saving plan and drive continuous improvement and innovation to meet the assigned saving target;
9)Liaise with other department for any business request, to promote the department and to get support to import/export operation;
10)Provide import/export guidance or consultancy to related project and monitor the project progress;
Qualifications(胜任条件):
1)Bachelor degree in Logistics, International trade, Supply chain or related major;
2)Above 5 years’ working experience in import/export operation, and at least 2 years in management position;
3)Comprehensive knowledge of import/export operations and regulations;
4)Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese with both internal company and external authority;
5)Good organizational, planning and priority setting skills when handling multiply tasks at the same time;
6)Strong leadership and team building ability, know how to do delegation and coach;
7)Good presentation skill and proficient in MS office(Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
8)Experience in dealing with government in free trade zone would be an advantage;
9)Strong ownership, motivation and initiative; open-minded, aggressive, work independently under high pressure;
