职位描述:
1、具有淘宝商城或皇冠店管理运作和店长经验；
2、熟悉淘宝的运营环境、交易规则等，精通网上销售的各个环节，熟悉产品的上架，页面编辑，产品图片编辑，价格的制定；
3、负责淘宝网店日常维护、产品更新、能独立操作店铺陈列，以增强网店吸引力、产品销量；
4、能够找到性价比高、有效地网络广告以及推广方式，分析本店的页面流量等数据验证网络广告的真实、有效性；
5、参与商城店铺和淘宝店铺的整体规划、营销、推广、客户关系管理等系统经营性工作；
6、熟悉淘宝直通车、淘宝客、超级卖霸等淘宝宣传工具，并善于总结经验，为达到销售业绩提供决策；
7、熟悉淘宝网会员的购物习惯和购物心理，能掌握客户网购心理需求，对售前售后服务处理得当；
任职要求
任职资格：
1、男女不限，大专以上；
2、有1年以上淘宝店长（主管）经验，对淘宝销售有丰富经验；
3、有网站、阿里巴巴、商城成功运营经验者择优录取
4、具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神和较强的的责任心。
薪资待遇：
1、底薪+提成
