岗位职责:
1、熟悉工厂的生产运作和管理，拥有丰富的生产管理、成本控制、质量管理、物流管理方面的经验；
2、下达生产计划和任务，安排和控制生产作业进度；
3、跟踪生产情况、产品需求、生产过程、产值目标等，按时完成生产目标；
4、及时对生产异常做出反应，发现问题及时追踪，并提出合理建议，配合执行新产品的样机制作及试产工作；
5、参与提高生产效率和改善产品质量的行动计划与实施；
6、监控规范操作方法，确保生产现场的安全和清洁；
7、负责内部员工技能培训的组织、实施，有较好的领导和组织协调能力、沟通能力、执行能力等；

任职资格:
1、熟悉生产流程、生产现场管理，质量管理及制程工艺流程；
2、有100人以上制造型企业生产管理经验；
3、能制定生产管理章程，建立和维护生产体系，完善生产管理体系，合理制定和安排生产计划，实现公司的生产目标；
4、懂得识人、用人、育人，能积极调动各级管理人员和全体员工的主动积极性和创新精神，打造具有强大凝聚力、战斗力、积极敬业和创新精神的团队组织；
5、25岁以上,三年以上同岗位工作经验
