1. POSITION SUMMARY
This position is mainly help to co-ordinat booking, shipment and documentation with vendors, carriers and warehouse as required to meet Customers’ Logistics needs.
2. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
a) Assist to handle payment document including document verification and scanning.
b) Assist to communicate with vendors for production, booking and cargo delivery to meet Customer’ ordering schedule.
c) Assist to co-ordinate with carriers for shipment bookings/equipments to meeting vendors’ production schedule.
d) Assist to co-ordinate with the vendors of the container loading information for SI transmission to the carriers enabling containers to be loaded on the planned vessel.
e) Assist to collect vendors documents, collate and assembly with carriers BL and dispatch to the broker for cargo clearance at destination.
f) Assist to prepare FCR/HBL and send to vendors for payment negotiation.
g) Assist to update booking/shipment information in system to insure information visible to Customers
3. SKILLS REQUIREMENT
a) College or above
b) Fresh graduate accepted but minimum 1 year of working experience is preferred
c) Fluent Mandarin & good command of English (both written and oral).
d) Good PC skill, e.g. MS office, Word, Excel, etc
e) Good communication skill
f) Willing to work
g)Relevant Knowledge about trading and transportation
