岗位职责：

1、根据公司的业务发展需求，持续开发合适的国内物流渠道，包括快递,邮政, 空运海运货运代理等服务供应商，以提高公司国内物流渠道的服务质量和竞争力。
2、负责国内物流供应商的沟通、谈判、管理和考核，管理国内物流供应商合作合同；制定、改善、优化渠道商的工作流程等，保障供应商的服务质量。
3、控制运营成本，跟踪与供应商的合作动态，并根据公司客户需求提供相关的信息，并积极采取有效措施，核定、监控、汇报和降低国内各种物流渠道的成本。
4、对于货物出现的异常状况，快速准确的进行异常协调，以尽力确保货物的正常出运。并处理国内供应商的相关投诉和索赔。
5、掌握各物流渠道价格变化，进行分类整理，并随时了解其变化调整，形成书面文档，及时传送给相关人员和财务部门。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，具有三年以上物流项目管理经验，物流相关专业，持有物流管理相关资格证书优先。
2、具有良好的管理能力及综合素质；具有独立分析和解决问题的能力；良好的沟通能力，能独立完成客情维护以及和各物流渠道公司的协调。
3、具有良好的计划与执行能力，工作严谨、细致；对海空运操作有一定的了解。
