1、负责标准样板的接发，核对和管理，根据验货安排，准备好每天验货样板。进行验货时间表更新。
2. 负责规划、协调品质部门文件、资料的管理工作，对部门文件、资料的受控管理进行监督、指导和检查；

3、负责有关资料及样板的收集、征集、整理、分类、鉴定、保管、保护、统计等工作；
4、协助品质部门将验货报告上传至公司管理系统，对相关系统进行维护。

5、协助质量体系工程师负责对相关文件监控。规范文件控制相关工作流程。

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历， 管理，档案等相关专业，两年工作经验以上；
2、熟悉相关质量管理体系及流程，相关文件控制及管理经验，对公司的文件、文档的规范化管理有较丰富的工作经验；
3、具有较强的公文写作能力，良好的沟通协调能力，学历能力，理解能力，团队意识和合作精神；
4、熟练使用 Office 等办公软件，中英文读写流利 。
