岗位职责：
1、负责进行网站及专题的页面设计
2、网站FLASH和GIF动画的设计制作
任职要求：
1、艺术设计专业本科毕业，3年以上相关工作经验；
2、对网页美感有驾驭和品评能力，有扎实的美术功底与色彩感，能较准确把握客户需求；
3、精通掌握Photoshop、Flash、DreamWeaver等软件；
4、熟练掌握html/xhtml标准语言和css样式，并熟悉相关设计工具；
5、熟悉HTML，W3C,能够熟练的把自己的作品通过DIV/CSS的形式给表现出来
6、熟悉网站建设的流程和网页设计制作流程。
7、面试时请提供3-5个正在运行作品（需能正常访问）
