Job Responsibilities

？ Work with product marketing team to collect/ define packaging requirements for each individual packaging including structure,printing, labeling and barcode system.
？ Work with vendors, package suppliers, printers to develop die-line drawing, white structure and specification of individual package.
？ Review/ evaluate packaging structure and samples. Responsible for packaging approval. Determine packaging test requirements.
？ Work with project engineers to drive packaging development to meet project schedule, cost and quality requirements on packaging.
？ Ensure packaging complies with applicable regulatory requirements.
？ Work with vendors, package suppliers, printers to solve problems with packages and/or artworks (printing), follow up corrective actions where test fails, customer complaints, or whenever it’s needed.
？ Responsible for packaging cost reduction.
？ Provide technical support for packaging supplier assessment and development.
？ Collect and document specification and requirements of packaging, printing, labeling and barcode. Establish General Packaging Specification/ Guideline.

？ Qualifications Requirements
？ University degree in Packaging engineering.
？ 5+ years of experience in packaging structural design, development and testing. Experience in packaging manufacturing or printing processes is a plus.
？ Good knowledge in packaging manufacturing processes, materials (paper, corrugate, plastics and etc.), adhesives, printing process and related standards and regulations, testing standards.
？ Packaging cost analytical knowledge and experience is a plus.
？ Strong communication skill, self- motivated and good team player.
？ Good command in English language skill, speaking, reading and writing.
？ Good in using Auto CAD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
