职位描述
任职资格:
1.大专以上学历, 英文四级或相当水平，能看懂书写英文邮件及文件；
2.粤语，普通话流利；
3.熟练使用办公软件；
4.责任心强，做事细心，能承受较大的工作压力，善于协调沟通。
岗位职责:
1.负责接听、转接前台电话，接收、寄发国内国际快递及包裹；
2.负责安排发票、提单等重要文件的收取；
3.负责编制每月考勤报表；
4.配合招聘人员安排面试；
5.负责会议室、经理室、公共打印区文件、传真的整理及发放；
6.配合人力资源部组织年度旅游、年会、集团会议等各项工作的组织和安排。
7.其它部门领导安排的工作。
