Job Description
Directly reporting to Metal Department Manager.
Manage and supervise the production at the Company's sub contractors (suppliers). Performing Final and In-Process QC.
1)Understand the product design, production requirements and the production processes.
2)Conduct In Process and Final QC according to the NPI engineer's instructions and the QC standards.
3)Visit the suppliers' factories and workshops on a regular basis. Ensure that all manufacturing activities are managed effectively and the suppliers can deliver goods on time.
1)Actively trying to find and foresee any production and qualities problems.
2)Perform a thorough documentation and record keeping for the whole QC process. Comply a QC report according to Sunrise's standards.
3)Communicate with the Israeli Engineers.

The Successful Applicant:
1).Relevant engineering academic background.
2)Must have at least 1 year of QC experience in engineering/technical/production field, preferably in high precision production.
3)Must be patient to conduct QC thoroughly and be aware of small details.
4)General understanding of production processes: Injection, CNC etc.
5)General understanding for how to use QC equipment- caliper, gauges etc.
6)Oral English can be very basic but writing and reading should be sufficient enough to write and read documents in English (be familiar with at least some basic English technical terms).
7)Must be able to read mechanical drawings in English.
8)Most important: Highly motivated., eager and patient to study. The company will provide guidance and assistance to bridge knowledge gaps, hence the candidate must be eager to learn and committed to the learning process.
9)Hold good recommendations and references.

Our core business is moulds making and exports and we exporting over 500 molds a year to our worldwide customers, Israel is our main market, about 70%, 5% of our moulds will stay in China for production, and others will be exported to USA and Europe. We have 3 teams which each team is being specialized in a different field and type of moulds from small size high precision to big size up to 35 TON., and also specialized in double injection parallel injection moulds and products, currently exporting over 50 double injection auto moulds a year.
