岗位职责：
1、 协助对营销部日常工作事务及行政事务的协调和统筹，能够对业务拓展和客户维护等各职能环节给予有效支持，确保营销部各工作流程的有效运行；
Assist the daily and admin affairs’ coordination and comprehensive arrangement in marketing department, support for expand business and maintain client relationship, make sure work process effective operation.
2、 负责对营销各BD项目的进展情况的跟踪，充分了解各项目跟进过程中的问题并及时反馈，以便领导能及时掌握BD整体项目运作情况并调整相关策略；
Responsible for track BD project processing status of marketing， fully know projects problems and timely feedback in projects process, make leader can grasp the BD overall project operation status and adjust the related strategy;
3、 做好各渠道项目信息的收集、梳理分类和统筹，及时向领导反馈项目信息情况，以便对项目信息做进一步有效分工和跟进；
Responsible for collection and classification project information in different channels, timely feedback to the leader about project status, make effective division and following for project information;
4、 充分了解营销业务状况，随时关注并寻求适合公司业态的信息咨询平台，为业务拓展不断提供更有效的信息渠道；
Fully understand the status of the marketing business, always attention and seek information consultation platform for company, provide more effective information channels for expand company business；
5、 依据项目提成方案，协助做好对营销部BD及PM人员项目提成奖金的核算，确保数据的准确性及保密性；
According to project commission scheme, assist the BD and PM colleagues to calculate project commission, make sure accuracy data;
6、 协助对营销费用及项目费用的审核和统筹，确保依据公司相关财务制度落实执行；
Assist the marketing and project fees check and comprehensive arrangement, make sure that can implementation according to related financial system of company；
7、 负责营销部日常例会及部门业绩指标总结会的定期举行和有效组织；
Responsible for daily and department performance indicators meeting are organized regularly and effectively in marketing department；
8、 协助对部门人员请休假、用车及机票申请等行政事务的审核，特殊申请需报杜总审批；
Assist the department staff to check admin affairs of take holidays、use car and air ticket application, special application need to approve by GM.
9、 负责营销部所有BD和PM文件的分类和存档；
Responsible for classification and archiving BD and PM files in marketing department；
10、 其他领导交办的相关事务；
Accomplish the other assignments that arranged by other leaders.


任职要求：Job Requirements
1、 市场营销或相关专业，本科以上学历；
Bachelor or above degree in Marketing or related major；
2、 1年以上设计行业相关工作经验者优先考虑；
One year or above related experience in design industry will be preferred；
3、 性格开朗，有亲和力，能吃苦耐劳，有较强的抗压能力；
Pleasant and approachable personality, can work under pressure；
4、 具备良好的沟通能力及组织协调能力；
Good communication and coordination skills;

BLVD was initially established in Canada, then moved to Beijing and Shenzhen, the two artsy cities famous as City of Design and started to fit into and win Chinese market afterwards. Over the past 15 years since establishment, BLVD always sticks to its pursuit of perfectionism and harmony, and endeavors to achieve excellent design works that can perfectly mix scene, emotion and artistic conception. Thanks to its excellent design and advanced perception, BLVD has undisputedly grown up to be the leader in the field of interior, architecture and landscape design. Today’s BLVD is not only an outstanding design firm in the interior design of hotel and office environment, but also widely acknowledged as the excellent waterfront design expert in China.
The establishment of BLVD is attributed to the common pursuit - perfectionism and harmony - of Liu Honglei and Du Yun, the life and soul of the company. As the creative director and one of the most influential interior designers in China, Mrs. Liu Honglei is very famous for her aesthetic perception of “one’s thought corresponding with the space conception”. Meanwhile, she is proficient in blending the artistic conception “harmony between man and nature” into modern life. Mr. Du Yun is the vanguard who practiced the perception of “integration of architecture and landscape” and pioneered the team system of architecture, landscape and interior designers closely working together. The aim of doing this is to achieve the artistic conception of the harmonious coexistence between man and nature. Both Honglei and Yun graduated from Tqinghua University and gained substantial practical experience during working in Canada. Their brilliance, coming together and working hand by hand paved a solid foundation for BLVD’s distinctive design ability and also contributed a lot in injecting the aspiration for harmony and perfectionism into the blood of the company.
The constant pursuit of perfectionism and harmony enabled BLVD design team to grow up as a group of people who can always learn from and cooperate with each other. Thanks to the free, open and internationalized working environment, the approximately 200 BLVD staff including local designers as well as those from foreign countries can talk freely with each other about design and combine their good ideas into their design works. The brilliant creativity and the rigorous academic spirit are applied into design in a compatible approach, which makes BLVD’s designs stand out for their originality and practicality. What’s more, the balance between artistic and commercial value are achieved in an artful manner. The optimal team structure of integration of architecture, landscape and interior design pioneered by BLVD’s leader, Du Yun, roofs a great many of elites from these three fields. Each of them does their best and their cooperative spirit allows the whole team to work out the best designs as if they are a large symphony team playing the most melodious music.
Yearn for perfectionism and harmony is also well reflected in many masterpieces designed by BLVD. No matter it is minimalist and concise interior space, or the magnificent waterfront shoreline, harmony always remains the theme.
